Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 3, 2026
ToysPlus ("we", "us") operates www.toysplus.com, a toy discovery and comparison site. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. The short version: we collect very little — we don't process payments, we don't create shopping accounts, and we never sell your personal information.
What we collect
Newsletter signups. If you join the ToysPlus Club we store the email address you provide, the date, and where you signed up (popup or footer). We use it only to send you our toy updates. Every email includes an unsubscribe option, and you can also ask us to delete your address entirely at any time.
Usage data. Our hosting provider (Vercel) collects standard, aggregated technical logs — such as pages requested, browser type, and country — used for keeping the site fast and secure. We do not build individual profiles from this data.
What we don't collect
We don't process orders or payments. When you click Check Pricing, your purchase happens entirely on the partner retailer's site (for example Amazon or Walmart) under their privacy policy — we never see your payment details, address, or order contents.
Cookies & embedded content
We use a small amount of browser storage for site functionality (for example, remembering that you dismissed the newsletter popup). Product pages embed YouTube videos; when you play one, YouTube (Google) may set its own cookies and collect data under Google's privacy policy.
Affiliate links
Outbound product links are affiliate links — retailers may use cookies to attribute your purchase to ToysPlus so we can earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Details are in our Affiliate Disclosure.
Children's privacy
ToysPlus is intended for parents, gift-givers, and adult collectors. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us an email address, contact us and we will delete it.
Your choices & rights
You can unsubscribe from emails at any time via the link in any newsletter. You may also request access to, or deletion of, any personal data we hold about you (which, for nearly everyone, is at most an email address). Reach us on any of our social channels linked in the footer and we'll take care of it.
Changes to this policy
If we make material changes we'll update this page and the "last updated" date above. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated policy.
